DRG then turned their attention to interviewing Allgo staff members. The purpose of these sessions was to understand the staff and how best to focus and motivate them.
This research, and extensive talks with Allgo’s owners and managers, helped DRG develop a clear and compelling story about the company and its services.
This story was then made tangible through a new brand identity, set of photography, and key customer touch-points such as Allgo’s website, brochure and business cards.
