In business for over 30 years, Global Seafoods has built loyal relationships with some of the world’s best seafood suppliers. The company is a market leader in the distribution of frozen seafood throughout Australia and has consistently had year-on-year solid growth.
Global Seafoods had expanded its distribution channels and was keen to refresh its brand and develop a suite of business-to-business marketing materials. These materials needed to reflect the history and values of this family-owned business while also presenting a professional image.
The company did not want to overload its small team of dedicated sales people with the responsibility of coordinating marketing materials. At the same time, it did not need to recruit a full-time marketing person.

DRG was engaged to develop a tactical marketing plan.
This plan addressed the need to refresh the brand and advised on the most appropriate business-to-business marketing tools to use: product brochures, expo banners and display materials, sales and promotional products, and assorted advertising.
